Pillow Plate Heat Exchanger

Its special pillow-shaped structure makes the fluid form the best turbulent state, to achieve efficient heat transfer, and at the same time with dust resistance, high pressure resistance, easy to clean and many other features.

Pillow plate heat transfer plate is processed by fully automatic laser welding and molding process. Its special pillow-shaped structure makes the fluid form the best turbulent state, to achieve efficient heat transfer, and at the same time with dust resistance, high pressure resistance, easy to clean and many other features.

The Pillow Plate Heat Transfer Plate consists of two thin plates laser welded completely around the perimeter and welded with pillow flowers in the middle area; after the molding process, the interior of the heat transfer plate forms a pillow-shaped cavity. The pillow design creates excellent turbulence and provides a self-supporting structure. In practice, additional weld paths are often added to pillow plate heat transfer panels to adjust and control the position of the fluid interface to and from the plate, as well as the fluid velocity and flow rate within the plate, in order to optimize heat transfer.

Pillow shaped heat exchanger plate sheet has the following two structures:
1) Double-sided expansion plate sheet:
Wavy surface, not easy to scale
Can be stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and other materials

2) Single-sided Expansion Plate
Very suitable for the kind of occasions where both heat exchange and a flat surface are required on one side.
The thickness of the double-sided plate is not the same.
Stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and other materials.
