Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger

The principal BPHE(Brazed Heat Exchanger) design is constructed using a series of thin corrugated Stainless Steel plates that are brazed together with Copper or Nickel in a vacuum furnace. Providing the ability to remove and transfer heat from one medium to another, our brazed plate heat exchangers are a cost-saving alternative to conventional evaporators and condensers used for all types of commercial and industrial refrigeration, cooling, air conditioning and oil cooler applications.

Product Introduction

The brazed plate heat exchanger is made of a set of stamped stainless steel (316 & 304) plates and brazing materials (copper foil and nickel foil) brazed in a high vacuum furnace. When assembling the plates, every two plates are rotated 180 degrees to form two flow channels. The plate shape design makes the fluid produce a highly turbulent state, ensuring efficient heat exchange.

Plate angle and pressing depth affect the pressure drop and heat transfer of the plate.

For optimal heat transfer performance, multiple plates can be combined or mixed.

Capable of removing heat from one medium and transferring it to another, our brazed plate heat exchangers are a cost-effective alternative to traditional evaporators and condensers for a wide range of commercial and industrial refrigeration, cooling, air conditioning and oil cooler applications.

Plate material: 316L&304 (316L is recommended for water and refrigerant exchange, 304 is recommended for refrigerant and refrigerant exchange) Sealing plate, bottom plate, reinforcing plate, flange.

Interface material: commonly recommended 304 material

Brazing material: copper, nickel, stainless steel fusion welding

Design temperature: -196°C~200°C

Conventional design pressure: 10~45bar

High-pressure design pressure: ≥45bar (R410A, R32, R290) and other refrigerants

Ultra-high-pressure design pressure: ≥130bar (R744) and other refrigerants

Applicable to: water, ethylene glycol solution, various HFC, HCFC, HC, and HFO refrigerants, such as R22, R410A, R290, R32, R454B, R134a, R404A, R407C, R507, R448A, R449A, R452A, R744, etc.

Single system brazed plate heat exchanger:

High efficiency and energy saving: it can be used for new environmentally friendly R410, R32, R290, R744, and other refrigerants to meet the high efficiency standards at home and abroad.

 

The pure dual system brazed plate heat exchanger:

Improvement of heat exchanger energy efficiency, reducing the number of plate sheets by 15%~30%.

All Stainless Steel: This product is copper free and utilizes all stainless steel fusion welding technology, making the product fearless of harsh applications and coping with scenarios where copper is prohibited (e.g., food, pure water, laser, hydrogen energy, etc.). Eliminate the risk of corrosion or ion precipitation for customers.
